Hi Everyone I've got mixed feelings about this shot. I like how I captured it but not about the quality ... unfortunately it was at my cameras maximum zoom and I couldn't get any closer (unless I wanted to take a dip in the harbour!!!)so I guess I need to be content with that *sigh*. Sorry I'm sooo far behind in commenting on your images will try to get up-to-date tomorrow between visiting my Mum (Mother's Day here tomorrow). Thanks for viewing and any comments. Noeline :-)

I agree with Andreas on this...not sure why you're not satisfied with this because i think it's a beautiful capture! Focus is right on, fantastic detail in the feathers, DOF is rich and dreamy, and you got such a cute pose! I just don't see a thing wrong with it!!! and like you said, no way to get closer unless you jumped in the water!!! You did a fabulous job! high 5's!!! Happy mother's Day, Noeline!!!
