NO Tuscan Impression ...this time... ;) will be continued next time :) ...passed times ...well - a little macro and a flower... :) and my specialty - dead flowers... :D *** previous shot - tuscan series - old chapel #3 next shot - - tuscan series - olive trees thanks for stopping by and watching :) and of course - critics, thoughts, whatever are welcome - the more useful the better... ;) so don't hesitate to point out things which could be done better... thanks you! -christian picture taken with my little digital camera (3.2 MegaPixels) postwork/framing in Xara X1/PSP9 latest 2D work have a look here...

I don't think I could suggest a single thing to make it better Chrisitan! I love it, I think this may be my favourite of your tulip series if I had to choose one which I can't really ; ) I love all the subtle textures, the aged look of the background & the font, the tulip itself is just gorgeous!

Does not look like a photograph but an English, Dutch or German 19th century botanical watercolour. What also adds to the watercolour feel is the paper background and its fibers that are visable. Also the fact that you used india ink for naming and signing of this maganificent presentation.
