Born in Hilo, Hawaii and class of '66, I became very active in Barbells, Judo and love striking the heavy/speed bag. I've learned to Rollerblade and bike ride which is a very health sport. But time doesn't stop for anyone including for me. So my good friend Dave aka punaguy got me started in taking pictures. I'm having fun taking pictures especially hiking the mountains. I'm enjoying seeing the world thru your post on Renderosity. Mahalo and Aloha....Errol

I agree this is an excellent view and I feel the distance is greater than it looks because of the shadow from the clouds. I love walking, not running but fast walking.

Yes, Richard is right... I also feel the distance is greater than it looks! A fantastic view! Sorry to hear about your problems but there's a saying: "What doesn't kill us makes us even stronger!" wink

Why oh why did I take the red pill? LOL! ;) Yeah, it's the joy of hiking, of being up there, that makes us invest in this way, enduring hardship! But... when we return we can tell stories and post them here! :D Excellent work, Errol, hope that you bruises are healing soon!

All these lessons learned, soon you'll be writing a how to hike book, which will be sold in all the tourist shops in Hawaii!!!! LOL!!! another idea for you.... ;)
