Description
On one of my visits to Luray Caverns in Virginia, I managed to capture this image of the reflection pool. I have been back twice and have not been able to improve on it. The caverns are illuminated with incadescent light(no colors) which is part of why it is my cavern of choice. The color in this image is exaggerated due to the lighting, and the film selection, but that was a deliberate expectation.

....I rarely see cave shots that I like - I'm not sure why that is..one would think underground stalagtites & mites would yield great photos - perhaps it's the artificial light? --- but - I certainly do like this shot!

I would love to visit caves but feel uncomfortable with tight and closed up spaces. So for now I will have to enjoy images brought back by those who are fearless like yourself. Thank you for sharing. Have a great weekend.
