Nice castle, did you model it yourself? Only thing I can't stand : with Bryce, there's no reason at all to use photo-backgrounds for landscape. Skies are one thing, but give the Terrain Editor some attention!

Really good composition, reflections are awsome. Background works well too. A little more details to the castle would emproove this pic a lot! :D

Again, the Photos in the background need to go UNLESS you can make it look like its NOT a photo. Low resolution images (like the one above) do not do the trick. Otherwise, commendations on the castle and trees. Try to soften where the water meets the land. Too defined.
