Description
This is the first time I am posting something up here. It is still a WIP, but what the heck?
Please, if you are criticizing, make it constructive. As this is my first post, I know it isn't near perfect, but I would like to improve it. Thanks.
All Poser with no postwork. P6 Judy, and Kozaburo hair. All coloring done in the material room, face shaped in face room (image not applied, just shape, then dial spinning.) I used ideas from tutorials for the skin (I think one was by face_off, but can't remember now.) Default lighting. I used the high res ball prop inside the nose to simulate shadows in the nostrils, to fight the "glow."

I think with what you had and how you've applied it has come out extremely well... you have talent and you should exploit it! (V)

Very good for a first attempt, well done :-) I would definitely recommend playing with lighting, as Poser's default lighting does not bring out the best in skintones. Check over at Runtimedna.com, they have a lot of free lighting sets that will teach you a lot about setting up lighting. :-)

Thanks RGUS. Karen, yes, I want to learn how to play with lighting. Every time in the past I have, it has made some nasty effects. I wasn't aware there were free light sets out there, thanks a bunch for the heads up!
