- Scotland, Glen Affric - Do you remember that I promised to come back to the Glen Affric for a hike? Here I was! The bridge leading over the River Affric you can see in center I crossed last time and took the shot of the wild and extrem brown and black water. That liitle patch of green being blessed with sunlight is a treaure, as is the bridge almost lost by the sides of massive clustering of trees. The image is very Asian in its philosophy between man and nature as nature is alsways represented most dominantly. The fog or mist moving in and that mystery of being in an untouched land/environement. Excellent photograph and thank you for sharing. Have your self a wonderful weekend Rita. Yes, I remember...welcome back. As Egmont says, that little sunlit spot is an oasis--just wonderful! Please forgive me Rita, but I just do not have time to catch up on all the wonderful photos from you I've not been able to comment on. Take my word fro it that I've gone through your gallery and not found a one that I didn't like. Your images from this damp land have been some of the most compelling I've ever seen, thank you for sharing them with us!

gasp BREATHTAKING capture, Rita!!!!! I'm in love with this place!!! and oh....that little bridge...just heavenly!!! i can see the clouds moving in the sky and i love the soft pastels!!!! incredible capture!!
