Description
Helo everyone:
For a long time I have been experiencing pain in my right wrist, due to years of working in computers, to the point that now it is becoming painful sometimes to hold a mouse, I don't want it to get any worse. So I have decided to slow down, and I prepared an image to express my pain, it has taken me more that a week to finish it not much because my wrist but also because I have lost my motivation to create, mostly because the lack of appreciation for it, and now I must place myself before anything.
Please understand that the reason of this post/image is not to seek pity, advice would be nice but I must warn you that I don't believe in Doctors or pills, if you know anyone that suffers from Metarcarpal syndrome and have found a cure by natural medicine means, please let me know. At this time I am taking Glucosamine and it has helped a bit, but I don't want it to get to the point where I would have to get an operation.
I will try to visit as often as I can, but I don't promise that you will see more work from me as often as I used to.
Thanks to all people who on a regular basis made comments about my work, they were the only fuel that kept me going.
Thanks from the bottom of this sad heart.

Just take a break from the computer and work on some other stuff. Besides you're not the first with this problem.

Two suggestions which MAY help alleviate the problem. 1) totally rearrange the positioning of everything in your computer setup: the height of your chair to your desk (maybe get a different chair), the height and distance of your monitor. The height of your desk. The distance to your keyboard and mouse. All of these adjustments will have an effect which may be beneficial. 2) Try a Wacom tablet INSTEAD of a mouse. Much easier on the hand and forearm. Although it has been my experience that in tablet mode Bryce can act wonky with it.
