Here's a different zoom and tweak from an image I'm still working on. I thought it had a vibe like the wreckage of a Star Wars Imperial Starcruiser, so I zoomed in and added the planet and stars in UF. Haven't been to see the new episode of Star Wars, yet - crowds. But we will try to see it this week. I hope the story is good - lots of loose ends to connect between this one and the first episode.
Thanks for stopping by and for all of the wonderful encouragement y'all have given me to go on in this artform. May the Force be with you, fractal Jedi... :?)

It's beautiful, feels just a seconds before beginning the battle. I've already seen the new epizode, but would see it again with pleasure;0)

I haven't seen the new Star Wars, but my sister is a Star Wars fan from th word go, and she said it is good(better than the last two). I can trust her on that. Hope to see it soon as well. This is a wonderful image Rick. I like the different lines 'n' textures. Great colors and sci-fi feel! V (:

Giorgios Lucas's megalomaniac monomania aside, this is a superb image! There is a strong sense of desolation, being alone, helpless in space when all the fancy technology has failed - and yet the whole scenery is almost serene, very beautiful and peaceful. Highly imaginative work Rykkmastah, thanks for this! The force is strong in you! ;D

Cosmic and sci-fi perfection , Rick ! Your 3D -like metal sheet structures are superbly portrayed and the stars above make one acutely aware of the incomprehensible vastness of outer space ! Great work - C-ya , Mike !
