Description

Another night shot from our trek the another night into the depths of Hilo town. This one of Waianuenue Ave. one of the main thorough fares through downtown Hilo, taken around 9pm in between the traffic. Many of the buildings shown here survived the Tsunamis of the past and are still in great shape. The building on the right use to be a office building, but recently converted to a restaurant... Hope everyones weekend is shaping up to be a good one...Aloha to all the talented artists on this site!

well done, very well done!!! love the composition and lonlieness of the streets here!!! and just look how clean it is, not just your photo being clean and crisp but there's no trash anywhere to be seen...did you go out with a broom and waste pale...lol!!! excellent work my friend, you done made me proud!!!!

You've so well captured the mood of this night street, and the starlight effect on the lamps is very interesting. I would not have imagined how good this looks in B&W.
