Description

Another portrait of my parents taken the same day as yesterday's Differing Views photo, this time on a scenic overlook at Lake Alice in Gainesville, Florida. I really like the playful nature of this image. Having them pose for me, I got to see a side of my parents that was not always evident when growing up. Again, I toned this print in a copper solution to achieve these warm tones. Developing and printing done in the darkroom.

Ok! At first glance I did not notice the Lolli Pop. So my mind went wandering and visualized "the approach" to a wet french kiss. Whew! that was close! But hey! they're not my parents! lol This picture really says a lot to be proud of more ways than one. your lucky KP
