Description

A dragonfly that desided to rest outside of my shop the other day while I was out there for a break, he stuck around for awhile so I was able to get some descent shots of him. Thought about catching the little bugger but, I know I wouldn't wanna be stuck in a glass jar ;) here's the camera settings if anyones intrested. Done on a digital Rebel XT with a Sigma 70-300mm lense: TV(Shutter Speed): 1/200 AV(Aperture Value): 10.0 Metering Mode: Evaluative Metering Exposure Comperisation: 0 ISO Speed: 400 Focal Length: 300.0mm White Balance: Tenseng AF Mode: One Shot AF Parameter Settings: Contrast - Mid-High Sharpness - Mid-High Color Saturation - Mid-High Color Tone - 0 Color Space: sRGB Noise Reduction: Off Accual Image size was 2304x3456 had to size it down for renderosity, even as a jpeg it was 1.2megs in size. Thanks for the comments guys :) I'm glad you like the dragonfly. I've been trying to shoot a bee in motion without much luck but if I ever do get a picture that looks alright of one I'll post him :) Yeah Moe, that was what I found so intresting about this guy (well besides that the face reminded me of a cartoon bug smiling) was the camo patterns that it had, must be a secret agent dragonfly hehe ;). I should post one of the pretty blue dragonfly i got a picture of too :)
