Description
I know that you don't see many of these any more, either. They used to sit in yards as a courtesy for guests to tie the reins of their horses through the loop. Due to the age of being "politically correct", many of the complexions were painted white to be acceptable yard ornaments. I was so happy to see this one that I pulled right up their driveway to take this shot.
Tomorrow I will post the rest of the yard decoration. It is really a strange setting. I hope you enjoyed this!

ha! an old lawn orniment.. my granpa used to have one i used to imagine he would come to life and talk to me... fantastic shot!! love your road trippy shots fun!!

Oh yes. I remember those. The 'fun' thing was that the 'white' houses had black jockeys and the 'black' houses had white jockeys in our town. I think everyone just got a laugh out of it.
