Just recently Ive started sketching again. Using a black rollerball pen I started drawing faces from books, newspapers, whatever struck me as a interesting face. I'm so glad I did as it has highlighted by strengths and weaknesses as an artist tenfold. Ive lost count of how many fellow designers, artists have reminded myself and people around them how important it is to add to your sketch book everyday. I'm pretty sure they dont, where do we get the time? I try and sketch last thing at night as it helps me sleep better believe it or not.
