This is an excellent macro--lively and colorful and very sharp and clear. It is not, however, a bee--it is a kind of fly (order Diptera) which mimics the markings of a bee (order Hymenoptera) as a protection against potential predators. [Bees have two pairs of wings, this, as all flies, has one. Also, the rear legs of bees have bulky "pollen baskets", these are slender.]
