My mentality, Learning to bleed away the logic, Clasping tightly to the less tangible, The less reliable, Unsteady emotion. Wearing down the arches in my feet, Gently destroying all support. Crawling, I will no longer be Anything except for above the knees. The path I'm following I see only behind me, darkness before me I should be listening. I swear there are whispers, directions, an audio map that won't turn off. So I plug my ears because I can no longer hear what won't disappear.
