D80 Bio
I specialize in inks using a variety of techniques and tools to push the standards. Most of what I do is a comic or cartoon style but I can do more realistic work as well. I also occasionally work in watercolor, colored pencil, acrylics and oils.BIOI was born an Air Force brat who spent half his life in different parts of the world. At the age of 10 I wrote my first novelette....and created my first comic strip...and did my first "fan comic" based on The Transformers. Later I focused heavily on my writing but I still loved comic books and comic strips so I was always drawing while I was writing. I actually worked as a professional cartoonist for a newspaper in Kentucky for a month until I was fired because of a strip that made fun of Kentuckians. After I had to go back to 40 hour weeks at a regular job while working on writing and art whenever I had free time.
