I am an amatuer modeler and do it as a hobby (passion). In real life I publish 5 weekly newspapers and spend alot of time in Photoshop, Pagemaker, Indesign, etc. I have in the past worked in low poly primarily for VRML and have published virtual worlds. My 3D programs of choice are AC3D and Cinema 4D, although I have also worked with many freeware programs and various versions of Truespace. I also write reviews on different virtual platforms and also Free and low-cost 3D software (See my blog). I love 3D modeling and am learning more all the time, especially form lurking around sites like this and being pushed and inspired by what other artists are creating.
