So I guess this is where I say stuff about myself. ... I don't like saying stuff about myself :( I guess I can write something about the images I make instead. Ok, well... I only recently found this place, but I've been posting my images on Deviant Art for a while, so at first the images I post here will be re-post from there. My style is... hmm... I don't really know what to call it. I like to make 3d images and then do my best to make them look 2d. I generally prefer to do fantasy/cyberpunk/sci-fi related themes, subtle darkness, and surreality. I don't care if my images look "pretty", I care that they have the right mood. I use Poser and Bryce, and Paintshop Pro or Gimp for postwork. When I make my own 3d models I use a program no one else seem to have heard off called Cyber Motion 3D. It's old and not THAT good, but whenever I try other 3d modelling programs I get turned off by how un-newbiefriendly they are. Sometimes I get the urge to draw something from scratch also, which used to take me ages and be a somewhat frustrating experience since I was drawing with my mouse. Now I finally got a tablet, so maybe I'll do more handdrawn images in the future. Ok that's all I guess. Thanks for watching/commenting on my stuff. (I can take critique as well so don't be afraid to get the claws out :p) Update: A while ago I stopped posting images on DA and instead I started my own blog to post new images here:Â http://iwearartsypants.blogspot.no/ and prints are available here: www.redbubble.com/people/sinober . I've also got a new camera and have been getting more into photography and photomanipulation lately, so will probably post more of that for a while. Have been burned out on making 3d pictures for a while now, but will probably get Bryce 7 eventually and hopefully that will get me 3d-creative again :)
Update2 (Sept. 2011): I've gone back to college in my "old" age, and am learning various computer skillz, so not much time for having fun with the pixels and polys anymore. It takes a lot of effort to keep up with these young people and their fancy programs. In my days we had to chisel our databases into rocks.... with a blunt twig. Took ages....
Update3 (Jan. 2013): I'm still studying, and have been using the long christmas break to mess around with Apophysis and experiment with fractals in mixed medium (and also fractals by themself). It's interesting and I enjoy it. I now also got a Tumblr and a Twitter , feel free to add me if you want (though I still don't get the point of Twitter, and the real reason for me having a twitter account is that I need to get used to various types of social media because it's a part of my studies. Which means I also have to use the damn thing -sigh-.)
