The Gimp gets the last laugh...Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!BIOI was born and raised in a small town in south Guatemala. My father is of Hungarian descent and my mother is German. Life was simple and happy back then and I spent most of my time picking coffee beans and attending school there in the district. When I was fourteen my father got transfered from Guatemala to Skokie, Illinois U.S.A. I hooked up with the Barber Shop Quartet there and became quite the saxophonist. I played there with the quartet for a number of years and got into some trouble here and there like most young men do. When I was twenty one I spent some time in the pokey for running three card monte between sets in Illinois. Being crippled as I am was not easy growing up but prison taught me to get along and toughened my skin. When I got out I decided to take some time to get my mind right so I traveled around Turkey and Hungary for a number of years. Recently I have returned to the states and I now reside in California. I work freelance between Cali and New York, going where the work takes me. I sleep with my shoes on. I have alot to carry but nothing to claim and am here one minute and...poof...gone the next! I look forward to one day getting back to Skokie Il. to play with the old Barber Shop Quartet again...Who knows maybe one day I will.
