Amul Kumar, born 1975, currently works as freelance photographer, primarily assisting commercial photographers. After a really brief decade in Pittsburgh, he moved to Chicago in 2004 (and is constantly looking for Chicago locals to hang out with in real life).
His primary interest in Renderosity is to learn how to create artificial environments as digital backgrounds for his portraiture and fine art work.
In addition to photography, he is a hobby-aholic, dabbling in clothing design, teddy bear making, rpgs, clubbing, special fx makeup, mask-making, life casting, sculpting. Most recently, he has begun to practice drawing and 3D rendering.
He is a member of the APA and the ASMP. He is currently cramming after having failed the Adobe Certified Photoshop Expert exam by two questions.
