I work as a coffee roaster at a Newcastle. One of my favourite aspects of my job is that I get to experiment with different coffee beans and mixes to determine what makes the best cup of coffee. I find that going for a long bike ride or sitting quietly and meditating is the greatest way for me to unwind after a tough day at work. My buddies and I have a lot of fun viewing our favourite Japanese anime as a group.
