Description: Alligators in the Swamp

I did this while I was in college. It was a beginner class and we had to immitate a work by a famous artist. I chose 'Muddy Alligators' by John Singer Sargent, 1917. If you know the work let me know how you think I did!
BIOI am a work in progress...Before the digital age I was an illustrator doing everthing by hand with every available medium...Now I am switching over to digital art and I think I actually like it just the same, but in a different way. I have always been good with computers, so I figured why not, I'll give it a shot. My area of specialty is color. I am working on a few inked comic pictures now and as soon as I'm done they'll be here and in the digital comix gallery...til then...
