I have always loved to draw, but could never find the time to develop the talent.  Then I discovered candy wrapping and begin to combine the artistic elements into something "useful" (as my husband says :-) )  After a while, I realized that it would be easier to make my own graphics than have to search the web and pay everyone else for theirs, so I taught myself PSP XI.  I really wanted some fairies for my little girl designs, but the only images I could find in the 3D style weren't appropriate.  Someone pointed me to Daz Studio and the rest is history.
I still make custom candy wrappers and gift sets using my images and have recently launched my first commercial website:  www.heatherswraps.com.  I've tried my hand at texturing but, only recently, did I get the courage to share my work with the mega-talent on this forum.
My husband (also a teacher!) and I have been married for 10 years and have a wonderful son who, like his momma, loves to draw and always has the final say on many of my renders.
