I am fascinated by graphic art and this "new" medium, but IÂ know nothing about it. IÂ don't have any hard-core software yet, but hopefully I will be able to get some in the future. IÂ love to draw and paint and I really want to be able to create human images (like I've seen here) from scratch using some type of software like Poser or Daz or whatever is used to create those images.
I'm also interested in photo manipulation like my thumbnail image. IÂ created that from a photo of me and tried to make it look somewhat elf/fairy-like, but I only used MS Paint- which is crap. I recently got Photoshop and have started fooling around with that so we'll see what, if anything, develops from there... :)Â
Finally, I just received an actual *real* camera- not the pocket point-and-shoot gizmos I've always had. It's a camera with different lenses and so many buttons and settings, it's going to keep me busy for quite a while as I figure it out. I'm really excited. I've always loved photography and have never been able to take the kind of photos I've wanted because I've never had a decent camera.
Any suggestions, info, comments, etc is always appreciated! Thanks-
