I'm not really an artist.
I simply lurk about on this
site and marvel at all the
artistry and imagination of
the gifted contributors.
Yes, I have Poser and Carrara,
and I enjoy them, but my
skill set is barely in the
hobby range. Oh, well.
In another life, maybeBIOmitzi aka Valerie F. de Daulles:
I've got a day job as a S/W developer, but I really enjoy writing. I've written one novel, "Velkro: the Gripping Life of Mitzi St. Bernard," which is available for sale at B&N, Amazon, and many other major online booksellers. It's a trashy romp about the life of the woman who claims to have invented the hook and loop fastener which she names Velkro (for velocity and krona). It's full of sex, scandal, pigeon torture, cross-dressing, urban renewal, and an evil twin. I'm working on my second novel, "Foot Art is Good Art," a murder mystery set in the heyday of discoand foot art!
On a personal note, I'm an old coot who's quite pleased to have survived the 70s and 80s. And I'm very pleased to have lasted into the dawn of the personal computer and all the creativity it has unleashed upon the world.
Oh, yes, and I know I look like a drag queen in my photo. I always wanted to look like Jacqueline Susann (a truck driver in drag).
