-=My candle burns at both ends;
It will not last the night;
But, ah, my friends, and, oh, my foes --
It gives a lovely light!=-
Edna St. Vincent MillayBIOI was born September 11, 1983. 18 years later my birthday sucked royally. Nonetheless I was less than 5 miles away when it happened. Do the math. I was born and raised in the western part of NJ - I was so close to the Pennyslvania border I could practically taste the butter from the Amish country. I went to a very backwards, very regressed highschool, where it's ok for a teacher to call a student a n_g__r, but heaven to Betsy, god forbid you call a football player and a fudgepacker. Actually, I think the people that went to my school were so far regressed that I don't think they could even understand the concept of homosexuality. Their loss. I'm a total atheist, thank god. I'm going to college at Montclair State University, so I'm close enough to New York that I can just hop on a path and spend a wild night wandering the crazy cities of New York. As for my life, it had been pretty uneventful until recently, when I became a level 3 manic depressive, my father was diagnosed with stage 5 cancer and the people I loved started to die. Through it all I still have remained the sarcastic , cynical, and facetious person I had always been. How's that for perseverance? My major is Theatre with a minor in Computer Graphics (most likely going to switch the two). When I set out to do something 3D, and if it's freelance, I don't set out to do big impressive, awe-inspiring, realistic and beautiful creations - I would love to - but the content of the piece is far more important to me. I still try to achieve a level of realism, but it's not my only reason for doing the work as much as it is the message.BIOI was born September 11, 1983. 18 years later my birthday sucked royally.
