Jelly Belly. Multiple lights used. Effects used include a gel on the light for the water ripples, soft shadows and one anything glows light for radiosity applied to the main tank gravel, and the light cone illuminating the hallway. Transparency, and refraction for the tank are obvious, the Jelly Fish is also an obvious light/optical component.
