Maybe try playing with the 'damping' 'spring strength' and 'gravity' factors under 'dynamics controls'. Increasing those first two should make poser think the hair is heavyer and maybe it'll wip around less? Not that I've tried it ;-) myself, that's the theory though.

I tried making an animation with the P5 dynamic hair and it came out looking like a bunch of angry bees...hairs constantly moving all over the place. I had "do collisions" checked for each hair section plus had "collisions on" and had the appropriate parts of Stephanie "collison enabled". Its probably from the hairs colliding aganist each other. So how do I keep this from happening but also keep the hair from passing through Steph's body? P.S. I'd attach the video, but its too large...sorry.
