Hi bilbo, Do this and IE will ask you where to place your downloads prior to downloading... Open Windows Explorer and Select Tools. In the Tools window select the File Types tab. Locate the "ZIP" extension and highlight it. Then select Advanced. Actions should be set to "Open". Confirm After Download should be checked. I've reset your DL's as well. Let me know if you continue to have problems. Clint

I've just purchased 2 downloads and pressed the grey download buttons, but they have not appeared. I have now exceeded my limit.Yes, I did receive my email receipt. (Order No. #95404)
As this is the first time I've purchased anything from Rendorosity I'm concerned I've done something wrong. I didn't even get the option to 'open' or 'save' the incoming file just a note on the status bar about connecting to a secure.ez download or something.
Try as I might I could not find anything on the store about what should happen (maybe a FAQ is in order?) or at least a link to this forum on the download page?
I've also done a search on my machine and couldn't find any evidence of a file(s) being saved to my machine.
