I've just had a quick check through the Poser gallery (that's the one fiction2002 was looking at) and I have no problems from here in the UK. I'll go take a look at the Max one now. I suspect there must be a backbone problem somewhere between where the servers are and you guys. Are you geographically near each other?
@ Grim some images were permanently lost during the server upgrade, messages were posted suggesting you use the edit option on the image to upload it again without losing comments or ratings.

Well, guess what? I can see the images regularly again, and here's what I discovered. I've been browsing with IE 6 under Windows XP. That worked for a long time, but recently I started getting those broken images. Funny thing is, my fiancee had no problem viewing them on her system (IE6, Win ME). So, I decided to try Netscape 7, and that shows the images just fine. Guess which browser I'll be using on Renderosity from now on? I hope this helps other people who might be having the same problem. Jonathan / fiction2002That is weird... that's exactly what I have the problem with. One idea is that the IE 6.0.26 XP combination isn't as insistant as other browser/OS configurations on downloading images if at first it fails. It's possible that I'm getting a slight delay where I am, and though the IE 6/XP combo gives up, Netscape is more "patient" and gets the images.

The images have been broken on and off in the galleries for the better part of the week. I heard a rumor there's some connectivity problem on there on the 'net, not specifically related to Renderosity, but for that long? Any idea what's up?
