Earrings(mainly small loops or studs) will work well. Check The poser props guild.

I have a set I made that are sitting on my HD. All smart props, etc. I will add them to morph world tonight or tomorrow. Lip, eye brow, ears, nose, etc

I've downloaded a set of body jewelry from somewhere. Used an eyebrow ring as a nipple ring on a character I created several months ago. I had trouble keeping the ring in place whenever I changed the possette's pose. Is there a way of keeping it place? I'm in the process of making a character w/ multiple eyebrow-rings and earings. Anyone remember the singer Jane Child? She a had nosering and earing connected w/ a chain. I don't know if it's possible to make a prop like that.

OK; that's kind of odd. Are you sure you parented it to the chest and not the abdomen or the collar? I've had some props behave oddly when I parented them to the wrong thing (usually a piece of clothing instead of the figure I'd intended - or another prop).
