Wow. This is really hard this month - 3,2,1 doesn't seem enough to cover it. Congrtaz to all. Anyway, I've settled on a quest for survival, a quest for life, and a quest for knowledge. 3 points -> rj001 2 points -> ICMGraphics 1 point -> chohole

The problem I had this month was in relating some of the images to the theme. This isnt to say they didn
t relate, just that it was difficult to see without an artists comment. Case in point. I
m very impressed with ttops image but never made the connection with "Hitchikers" until I went back to the forum and read the original post. Doh! I`ve been back and forth to the forum a good few times this morning. Anyway, congrats to all, this months metabally thing was beyond me. ttops 3 pts Stephen Ray Doublecrash
I would have liked to enterthis month's challenge, but time wasn't on my side...sigh RJ001 - 3pts - said it all, very well executed render. Tuttle - 2pts - same as above, I loved the ships up in the sky. Jamonjay - 1 pt - This one is fun! Great idea! Hon-mention - ICMGraphics. Well done everybody! The Bryster

hi guys, thanks for the votes already; here are mine; 3-ttops 42 says it all, adams knew what he was about (did u know that the monolith in A.C.Clarke's 2001 and 2010 is sized at 1X4X9 which are the squares of 1-2 & 3, well (1X4X9)+1+2+3=42 spooky huh. 2-jaymonjay as a father though i want to know how come the kitchens so clean. 1-eelie (although it could have been dragonsbld) cute wins over SF this time. good luck to all.

Its very hard to vote only for 3 entries (because i liked them all!!) so i vote: Sparr: 3pts Great athmosphere! Amazing Effects! Excellent! Schubi: 2pts One look, and the viewer can understand straight away what quest your image depicts. And that was the task! 2pts for that idea! Doublecrash: 1 pt - This one is so funny! And really a quest too! And a perfekt Render! Good Luck for all the participated artists! Keep up the good work :)
Hmmm...I liked quite a few of the...but here is my vote... Doublecrash 3pts. Great POV and like the ants Tuttle 2pts. The creature/robotic creatures were really good, but also liked the material used for the water FWTempest 1pt. Great textures, the roadmap, and the gloves...definitly the floating gloves
Boy, this is almost impossible to choose. At least half of these got more than serious consideration. So, in the end I looked for something that made me feel tension, immediately identified a "quest", and was an interesting image... 3 - ttops, love the tension created by the pose on the person. Couldn't have voted for this one if I didn't know Adam's , but alas I do. :) 2- Rochr, Too many hours in front of video games, this one had a certain pop for me that I couldn't ignore. 1- eelie, The quest is obvious as is the tension, for me at least. I want to know what the mouse will do next. Great modeling too!! Honorable mentions: BecSchm, Doublecrash, ICMGraphics, FWTempest, gsb, Jaymonjay, Vasquez...y'all made it tough to choose.
Hmmmm....narrowing down the choices didn't help because I had almost the whole list by the time I got to the last image. So I had to go with themes and the ones that touched me, even this was hard to decide. Chohole - 3 (the indian in me just shouted for the spiritwalk) rj001 - 2 (beautiful modeling, composition and lighting) eelie - 1 (the cute factor, it was a toss up between you and Rochr, love his character but thought I'd give eelie a chance this time :) )
Made some serious scrolling here... Vasquez - 3 Doublecrash - 2 Tuttle - 1 And honorable mentions for the rest of the crowd! Great stuff from all! :)
