THE PLACE FOR ALL THINGS BRYCE - GOT A PROBLEM? YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE

Subject: bryce mirroring

I was making an image in bryce that was using lots of mirrors. From what i saw when i rendered it bryce doesn't render more than two reflections off a mirror. Is there anyway to fix this? Are there any programs that will render the reflections?

I doubt if bryce or any other could do endless reflections. It would never finish calculating. Sorry, I can't be of much help here. A workaround could be to make a texture of a double reflection and do a Copy_Paste_Scale within the respective objects. Just a thought. Siegbert

you have to realize that Bryce has to render each reflection in exactly the same manner it renders the original scene. That can only go so far before it becomes impossible

oh it's not infinite reflection just about 4 at the most. I know bryce could never do infinite. it'd be cool but would probably take about 100 days.
