This particular product along with 25% of the orders made today from renderosity.com (approximately a total of $500 US) gives the following for the readme file: Server error! The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Error message: Premature end of script headers: easesvr If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster Error 500 market.renderosity.com Sat 26 Apr 2003 08:49:18 PM CDT Apache/2.0.40 (Red Hat """This makes it impossible to use the product""" What is the problem? I never have encountered anything similar from the $200.00 order made today with DAZ3D.com

I cant honestly see how the loss of a read me file would make the product unusable, but there you go, I dont know what the problem is, its not the product, its been in the marketplace for a long time, without any problems.

readme file on the product page? can't see how that would make a product unusable sense the readme is in the 'zip' file they download but... What it sounds like is there is a problem with the script that sends the product page readme to the browser. or, those products don't have a readme file in the first place and its looking for a non existant readme. those are the two things that come to mind off hand.

Lose of the readme file will not make the product unusable. Which product is the customer talking about? Clint

Hi Clint, I just downloaded it, too make sure the zip was still allright, thought there was a little possibility that it might have got damaged somehow, but as I expected it worked fine. I've never had a bad thing said about it, so its weird.
