ok, im very new to poser and i need some help. How do you put the clothes on the characters? (yes prolly sounds lame to you experienced posers) I use poser4

Not so much lame as a whole lot of stuff to cover. You could: Change the figures texture to add skin tight clothes, and then add a bump map for details like seams buttons and zippers. Select an appropriate article of clothing from the Props library and then position and Parent it. Select an appropriate article of clothing from the Figures library and then Conform it. You could try something and then ask more specific questions about that. Why would you want to put clothes on them, anyways? =)

reverb try this first. Bring in a poser character from the right hand panel. Next, go into one of the folders on the right that has clothes only. Now at this point you want to make sure you do not "replace" your current figure with the clothes, (since the clothing is in actuality another figure with parts made invisible), so now instead of just clicking on the picture on the right you must click on the bottom where it will say "create new figure". This will now bring in the clothes as a separate entity. Now make sure that the "clothes" figure is highlighted. Then go to the top and click on the panel that says "figure" and you will see the word "conform to..." You will want to conform the clothes figure to figure 1. Now your clothes should dress your figure automatically. "Props" work differently. You only need to click on those, but then you have to MOVE them into place and "parent" them unless they are pre-set to jump onto the figure as some are nowadays. This should get you started, ask more if you need to as this is not something that can possibly be explained all in one session.
