Subject: failed purchase

i tried to make a purchase last night and it was declined because the address, etc of my card could not be verified. i had this problem once before (and it was a bit of a mess - by my own doing). perhaps it has something to do with making purchases on weekends. anyway, i just wanted to give a heads up and see if you all could tell me if it's something i'm doing wrong. i also have a quick question - can you use a coupon code more than once? thanks, James

The address needs to match what the credit card compmay has on file 100%. If you cant get the purchased to work you can always call the office toll free to place your order over the phone. Office hours are M-F 9:00am - 5:00pm CST. Yes, You can use the coupon multiple times until the expiration date. Clint

Clint, Yeah, the address matches - it's the same one I have always used. when this happened last time, it was also over the weekend - it may be a problem with my bank. i don't want to try it again, as i will have too many pending charges on my account if it doesn't go through, and the Bondware office is closed until monday... on an unrelated note - you're friends with Forrest Hasbrook, right? no, i don't think we've ever met. i've known Forrest and Jamie for almost 10 years, but we haven't hung out as much in recent years as i would have liked. i think we're all kinda lazy when it comes to keeping in touch. anyways, Forrest got me a job with them a couple weeks ago, and one morning we were talking about 3D graphics and applications. i mentioned Renderosity, and he said he knew you. as for getting Forrest to sell his 3D Studio stuff at the marketplace - keep trying! i'll work on him too. :P sorry if i freaked you out (Forrest mentioned something about it today at work...)! - James
