Well, this is the result so far. Still plenty to tweak admittedly, but given a few more goes it should be a little closer. Oh, and does anyone know of any transmapped hair like that anywhere?

I think it's fantastic so far. One suggestion though...the pupils/colored part of eyes need to be a little bigger and the tip of nose a little rounder...other than that I'm jealous you can do this.... Davo

Good work so far. Try widening the rear-corners of the jaw-line to make the face a little wider. Also lower them. The person in the picture is much older than this model by 8-10 years. The face shouldn't be so angled. Hope that helps... It does look great so far though.

Man! That hair is excelent, wanna share it?? Mouth and nose in particular are amazing, howdya do it? Overall face is too wide, nose bridge too, negative wide nose will narrow the nostral flaps, but features are remarkable. Bravo.

Well, there you go. I just tagged a suggestion to make a post like this on the end of the last thread. You're doing better than you let on. I'd say negative Heart-shaped face. I'm guessing you started with Posette rather than Vickie. If so, there is a 'cupid's bow' upper lip morph out there; if it's Victoria then the outer corners of the mouth would be easier. I don't think the nose is that far off, but the crease between the lower lip and chin seems low. Fuller lower lip? Try holding your hand over the top half of both faces and then the lower half and I thnk you'll see that the bottom needs the most work. Select the eyes, scale up and move them back on the z-axis to increase the size of the iris. There are replacement eyes if you want more detail there. No mention of your one week deadline in this thread. Good luck.

Thanks to ALL for the very helpful and constructive remarks. Momodot especially, thanks for the words weve shared via email on this. BTW - that hair is free from Kozaburos site - one of his amazing reworkings of Grays bob/flick styles. More work on her today implementing these changes, then a start on Lipsyncing soundfiles so the rendered anims come in within the deadline... This community is like nothing Ive seen before. Long may it continue. Without it, this would be too far off the mark to even post ;-)

For the hair, try Jim Burton's and make the mid and lower parts invisible, looks like it might work. Good work overall, especially on the lips.
