Subject: I Came Here And Noticed The Profficiency of Your Artists -

I'm an amateur artist - I do a lot of adobe image manipulations and creations for myself... I like art. Well anyways, I had an idea - and I came searching for help. I got myself Poser 5 - and was wondering if someone could tell me... I got a couple clothing paks, and i made my own figure.. i need to know how to just get these clothes (which, when installed, show up in the figures submenu) can be applied to the character... If I use the lower checkbox "apply To Library Preset" or some such, I can get the clothing to take the shape of my figure, yet it replaces my figure, being consigned the script/properties of a figure. so, in short. I need to make some jeans fit a girl who's not at zero pose, but the clothing shows up in 'figure' submenu and replaces instead of form fits. thanx, if you have any ideas!

You want to choose "create new figure". Then the clothing item will be in the same scene as your figure. Then, with your clothing figure selected, up at the top menu choose Figure > Conform to and in the pop up choose your human figure.

The single checkmark replasces the figure, the double checkmark adds an additional figure to the scene. Once you have loaded the conformer(the clothing), make sure that the clothing figure is selected, and go to the "figure" roll down menu at the top of the screen. Choose "conform to" and choose your character from the drop down list. That will conform the clothing to the figure. It won't matter if yoiur chaacter is in zero position or not. It is important to have the character loaded prior to the clothing though. I don't know why, but loading the clothing first just confuses the program.
