Been doing my best going through websites and the gallery here, but I'm still having trouble finding work in a "painterly" manner. I think Poser was first intended as a virtual manikin or "lay figure" for use in painting and digital painting but so much artwork around is nice crisp renders without heavy "post-work" or with post-work but mainly directed towards the kind of Realism we pretentious "art f_cks" call "Verism". Could people here give me a list of names/URLs of people who do heavy "Painterly" post work? Is there old P1 and P2 work anywhere to seen? I understand those figure required a great deal of post-work. Would love to see some examples.

There are all kinds of people in this world. Thank you Redcode. Rob3D also has some P2 in the galleries here. Still thogh, hook me up with any that you know of, and any of the painterly stuff. Thanks.

Greg Carter has a terrific style, mainly with P4 though: http://www.cyberpiggy.com/

I use poser as a reference tool for my traditional paintings.

Allerleirauh, thanks for the leads but I have not found thier (or your) work in the gallery... if anyone has URLs please tell. PolarTech, Carter was a really good lead, I had thought he only did gieger stuff but he has some really great painterly illustration work based on Poser at his site. Theresa, any chance you could show us your work. Email me? momodot@hotbot.com? Thanks.

You can see my illustrations at www.theresabrandon.com. Some are done from photo reference and some from poser.

I do a fair deal of stuff but most of it doesn't get her. Most of it is for work etc. Will see about uploading some of it.
