Subject: Where are the insides of my clothing in Firefly?

I recently made a couple of pictures in P5 using the FireFly render engine and am having the same problem in both. In the one I have posted, the left sleeve is not "in the couch" but rather not showing up. I also made a leather duster texture/transparency map for the V3 morphing long dress but the inside of the back would not show up when rendered. I have unchecked the don't show backwards polygons box. Is there anything else I can do?

Oops, wrong picture...

unchecking 'remove backfacing polygon' is the only thing that would do this i think. It must reside in the texture then, maybe how the transparency interacts with backfacing polygon...?

Do I need to check remove backfacing polygon for it to show up? I'm confused. You can tell I don't do any actual modeling.

if you check it, they will not come.

I did not check it and they still didn't come. Do I need to have someone with lightwave flip the polygons in that area in the obj file?

If you flip the normals you'll get the same problem only on the outside of the garment. I think you can do that on the import, try it. What exactly are your texture and render settings? can you post a screenshot of the settings for that red garment and your render settings? Also a screenshot of the texture settings for the couch.
