Subject: WIP: The Great Treadmill

This is a model I'm working on for a complex scene. This is the great treadmill. As many as six men would climb it like stairs to draw brine up from far below, which was used to make salt. Tell me what you think so far. I'm not thrilled with the rope texture so far, but it's the best I've been able to do.

That is bee-utiful. I played around with a rope texture. Check this one and see what you think. Ok, I filled out the little home page thingy here on Renderosity and uploaded the pic of the rope. Just to show you. You will have to get there, lol. Then you can tell me how to take it off of there. I couldn't get it off, I guess that is my self portrait now. ;-) Does this message board take html? How do y'all post images? (can't link to my site) Thanks. Bee

Very cool looking Bones, but it looks like only 4 men could fit on it to make it work, but I really like this! BRAVO!! Wanna see what you do with it. Verdie : )

Bonestructure, have you heard of DMesh? Free application makes easyeasyeasy rope with twists and such. Message me if you wnat to know where to get it. It's only 180 kb too
