Since no one has brought it to my attention before i thought i'd ask wahts going on here. The Model looks ok in everyprogram i've loaded, even looks good when importing into poser.. but it removes a section of the model when i save it as a poser prop. someone explain this to me

'even looks good when importing into poser' Does it also look good when it's rendered in poser? It looks to me like a flipped normals problem. If it is, rendering should show it. I think you fix it by checking 'Make polygon normals consistent' on the import dialog. mac

That image is the rendered one, like i said, the imported model hasn't seemed to have a problem at all.. just when i turn it into a pp2, but i'll see what your suggestion does.

  • Do you have all the service releases installed?
  • Is the polygon still missing when you render?
  • Is the rouge polygon more than four sided?
  • Was there an "R" in the month when you saved the prop? :)
