Interesting to trace the pathology of an artist's demon tormented imagination and creative process LOL. I don't think those are demons rj001, I think they are just very insistant Muses who bless you with the creative spark that allows you to do the consistantly high-level work you do! By the way, if those demons, or muses get to be too much of a burden send 'em my way! Excellent and imaginative work in progress, I really want to see the completed pic.
lovely words, i also want to see the completed work... and if u want some of my muses no problem, i'll send you some of my sketch books and u guys can make them up.

firstly, many many thanks to all those positive replies it really makes the diffrence. Today i was looking at my sketch and began wor on the Birdy type scribble on the left. i wasnt originally going to add this, but the more i thought about the picture the more i realised that i was stuck with this scribble, i couldnt look at my scene without realising that it had to go in or i wouldnt feel finished. ever had that where a doodle takes over. so anyway decided to excorcise my demons and have posted this breakdown of its construction in case it gives any tips. a terrain body, 3ds objecta for head and some basic texturing to finish, hmm why does it sound simpler than it was?Experience is no substitute for blind faith.
