I'm looking for programmers to develop some tools for poser like a direct animation exporter for 3dsmax and lightwave.

You might write to Steve Cooper at Curious Labs about this. He had tried, at meta, to get some cooperation with the newtek folks going, but they wouldn't cooperate. I'm sure there is interest on the poser side. For 3DS max, isn't there a new tool somebody just put out?
