My very first day of holiday was spent yesterday crying out the sudden loss of my beloved Aunt. So, I have decided to let you see images of angels around Castel S. Angelo, Rome. Hoping she's up there singin with them. I will read your answers, or advices for compo, but I feel not really like surfing this week... so, there you go. Even I sometimes I feel sad.

hello melania, sorry to hear about your loss, my condolences to you and your family. i do like angle2 in the thread above...there's something peaceful about the face. on the composition of the image maybe you could have balanced the cropping left to right.

Pictures appear to me, I shoot them.   Elliot Erwitt

oooh Dear one. I was wondering what this grief was you kept speaking of. I thought it was an italian equivalent of memorial day or something as when you spoke of it, it sounded like a noun. I feel your pain too and things are not the same. Shadows have fallen. Take as long as you need, do not feel obligated to surf as we care about you and getting your mind back to a peaceful place. She is not gone forever and we will all catch up to her soon. No more than a few decades. Let me know if there is anything I can do. Peace dear.
