Subject: Still can't download products purchased

Hi. I purchased 2 products two days ago, and responded to your email request that I supply security details as a first-time buyer, but still no download button.

Where did you send the email with the security information? It should have been sent to store@renderosity.com but I don't show having received an email from you. Thank you, Stacey Renderosity Admin

I bought something through paypal that cleared today, and teh download still hasnt been activated. Now from what I understand, I dont have to send the first time buyer if using paypal, or that is what your site said

Hi Valareos, I checked your order and it was purchased with a Paypal eCheck. I was unable to locate an E-Mail from Paypal that the eCheck has cleared. StaceyG handles most of the eCheck Paypal purchases and will check first thing Monday morning... If I see a E-Mail from Paypal before Monday indicating it cleared I will activate your purchase and notify you. Clint

the paypal account name would be valareos@aol.com the ID number for the transaction is ID #6C4372285R439845S (according to my account) I know the check cleared cause under my purchases/download it shows it as paid

Hi Valareos, Your download is now ready. I am not sure what happened because the echeck cleared on 8/1 and your order was manually marked as paid then. I must have failed to go in and manually set your download button since this was your first purchase. All future orders should be ready for immediate download. Sorry for the delay. Stacey
