Yes, but that's an old version, the one on the website is the R8 (release 8) and also comes with the other plug ins and such.... *winks* Jen (added the link if ya'all want it)Attached Link: http://www.maxonshop.com/cgi-bin/us/gp?pg=products/upgrades.main&sid=&uid=mxmj6sOj9MEpFiY&aid=&cid=
LOL ok, am at Maxon site now copying info here as I can type it.... C4D release 8 is $595.00 and includes JUST C4D V8 C4D R8 Studio Bundle is $2,495.00 and includes C4d R8, CINEMA 4D R8, Advanced Render, MOCCA, Thinking Particles, PyroCluster, BodyPaint 3D, Dynamics, NET Render, (unlimited clients version) if You have any number of other 3d image applications, including, Bryce, cararra, Rhino, etc, the price is $1,895.00... C3d R8 XL bundle is $1,695.00 and includes, CINEMA 4D R8, Advanced Render, MOCCA, Thinking Particles, PyroCluster, NET Render (3 clients version). Bundle price with another 3d software serial number, $1,395.00 (attached a link to the on-site list of upgrades and prices) Now here is where the figuring out comes into play.....ALL those versions are available for demo download, as is a stand alone Bodypaint 3D, and I chose the Studio Bundle to demo *grins* It is the only one I downloaded. The Representative on the phone said that I would be able to upgrade to the full version for $99. I'm assuming, (yesss I KNOW how bad that is lol) that since the only version I downloaded was the studio, that's the one she was sending....and could upgrade for $99. BUT even if not? upgrade to regular c4d R8 for $99 is still FAR better then paying $595 right? I went and put in my phone number again, like I was going to download, so am sure will get another call tomorrow...LOL *jots down questions to ask this time, reads through the list here, and makes note to check back tomorrow before the call to check for more questions* *grins* Jen C Ohhh and like I said ^up^ there, I should have the written info in 5 days, so will be more accurate then a generic web site for a all in one info page... As soon as I hear from a rep tomorrow, or get the infom will let you know...I downloaded the same version (R8 Studio Bundle...) and received the following info in my email the next day:
Buy XL 6.3 CE upgrade $99.00
Buy XL 6.3 $195.00 + PyroCluster FREE (PyroCluster $295.00)+ manual
Buy XL 7.3 $395.00
Buy XL 7.3 + BodyPaint1 + Dynamics +PyroCluster $599.00
Buy Studio Bundle CU $1595.00
Buy Studio Bundle $2195.00
Buy BodyPaint2 $695.00 get a BodyPaint T-Shirt FREE (first 25
participants only)
Buy Release 8 and BodyPaint1 $694.00 you save $496.00
Buy Release 8+1 module full price get any XL module 50% OFF
Buy XL Bundle get BodyPaint1 FREE
Kinda confusing...but anyway, I think the $99 offer refers to XL 6.3 CE. Is it just me or do the XL's, CE's, CU's, CE+'s, R's....blah blah blah drive ya a little batty? I need a translator. :)

I tried last night, to download the demo version of Cinema 4d R8 last night from the Maxon website. When you download free demo's they require you to put in a valid phone number....so I used the word unlisted. HAHA it didn't work, so I actually used my real number... Well, the demo wont' work for me, BUT!! Today I recieved a call from Maxon asking how I liked the demo I downloaded. (welllllll) Needless to say, after a 25mb download, twice, I made sure to tell em how it didn't work at all...and the lady then asked me if I wanted them to mail me a free demo CD... SO i said yesssssssss LOL Anyhow, She said the only restriction is that you cannot save from it, and if I wish to upgrade at any time to the full version, instead of paying $1500 (estimated) it would only be $99 to get the full version... They also have on the site, the bundle versions that include a Bodypaint 3d R2 or something like that. Anyhow, if you can't or dont' get the magazine, You may want to try that route instead... Best of Luck to ya all!! JenC
