What version of winblows is this? With 2K or XP, in the applications window of the Task Manager (cntrl/alt/del), you should be able to select the ap and then 'Switch To' in the lower part of that window. You may also need to leave this alone until you are certain Bryce has stopped rendering (in my case next week :) and if switch to doesn't work then (check CPU usage in Processes) you may be out of luck. If this is Win95 or 98, I can't remember if 'Switch To' is an option. Hope you get this working, Will
heh, I asked my hubby who just got promoted at work from a help desk technician, to a pc technician, and he started going into all kinds of things including opening a new bryce window....hahahah I made him get back off my pc and came to you guys immediately for help....I knew someone here would know...LOL Thankssssssss again! I saved the pic and gave up on the render for the night, but will start again tonight let it go all night....(and this is just a test render so i can get a look at it...sheesh)

Ok, while working on some file stuff, I got a "such and such isn't responding" error so closed it... (while running a bryce render) WELLLL now my bryce app is gone off the toolbar and i haven't saved the latest version of the victorian house today.... BUT and this is where I need help..... The Bryce app is still showing on my cntl-alt-del file list and still shows it's rendering... It's not on my task bar, and opening bryce again, just opens a second bryce, not the one running.... How do I get it back open again?? pleaseeeeeeeeeeee crosses her fingers and runs around looking for all that superstitious stuff for good luck
