Thanks for your response. It's the S/N (if I leave the Zip off it advises me) The S/N that comes up when registering from within Vue is slightly modified to the one on the registration form. Neither works. "Also on the registration error page it says Invalid product found! Please report this problem so we can fix it: copy the URL string and send it to webmaster@e-onsoftware.com. Thank you." Richard

Hi, VUE4 PRO (upgrade) was delivered today, which I thought was great seing it had to go to Australia. Installed ok , about an hour ago, and it works extreemly well with Poser.
The only problem that on line registration would not accept the S/N, I tried Pro and the old VUE 4 s/n.
I have notified E-on, however I was wondering if anybody else had a similar problem.
